# How to Make It:
01 - Combine warm milk and active dry yeast in a small bowl and set aside for 5 to 10 minutes until foamy.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour and salt until well combined.
03 - Add the foamed yeast mixture, sweetened condensed milk, egg, and softened butter to the flour mixture. Mix until a dough begins to form.
04 - Knead the dough by hand or using a dough hook attachment for 8 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
05 - Transfer dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm location for 1 hour or until doubled in volume.
06 - Gently deflate the dough and shape as desired into rolls, a loaf, or twisted buns.
07 - Arrange shaped dough in a greased baking pan, cover, and let rise for 30 to 40 minutes until puffy.
08 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bread is set.
09 - While warm, brush bread with a mixture of sweetened condensed milk and melted butter if desired. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
